Our Mission

Our mission has always been simple….to help make Cheyenne a place our children want to stay or come back to with their own families. To do this, we decided to create spaces that invite people to hang out and stay awhile. We’ve also been big advocates of amenities that improve the West Edge and downtown Cheyenne, including the Civic Commons Park and the Reed Avenue Rail Corridor.

Our History

United by our passion to improve the place we put down roots, we purchased the Old Cheyenne Elevator property in 2016. The Elevator was Cheyenne’s first grain elevator, dating back to 1912. It was fully operational until the 1980’s. It sits across the railroad tracks from the city’s first steam-powered bakery.
